(This project included building an LMS with a student enrollment system on the front end and a reporting system for the admins and automation to address different areas of the business. This customer story is about the Automation.)

PAE needed a process to give its educational franchises the ability to manage instructors' workloads, improve communications between instructors, the franchises, and parents, and managing flexible scheduling of programs and instructor schedules.

The solution was automation to help manage the flow of new information, changes in information, updates, and reminders. An automation methodology and processes were created by the DWG's team to provide a solution to meet PAE's needs.

• Daily SMS to instructors about their class times and cancelled class notifications
• Email notifications sent by the system automatically everyday to the parents about the classes starting next week, reminder of class start dates and cancelled class notifications to parents
• Email notifications of roster lists to instructors
• Daily email notifications to schools about class updates, and program updates,
• Email notifications to previous parents to encourage their children's enrollment into the programs.
• Response back from the instructors through email notifications is also recorded and sent to franchise admins for tracking purposes
• Automated instructors' timesheets and payrolls, a big plus for the instructors.
